A software as a service solution developed for Gestión Tecnológica, Smart Media is an omnichannel social media customer support tool. In simpler terms, Smart Media is a contact center for different social media networks. Through a single website, the messages of different social networks are unified, simplifying their handling and improving the response time. 

These project is constantly being updated, and consists of multiple components, including:

• An ASP .NET website, where the different contact center agents can login and reply to customers.
• A Microsoft SQL Server database, used to store and process the data.
• RESTful web services that integrate with the different social networks APIs to process the receiving and sending of messages.

Through the website, the contact center agents/supervisors can perform tasks like:

• Receive and reply to messages
• Review customer's and agents metrics
• Generate reports of the different data
• Classify the customer inquiries
• Among other features
